Equipment Return Policy

To assist in the collection of all equipment at the end of this season, we are asking all teams to adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. All sweaters are to be collected at the last game of the season. Prior to returning the sweaters to the Equipment Managers, the coach will ensure that all have been washed, placed on hangers and the name bars have been removed. The coach should consider appointing two volunteers for this task.
  2. It will be the responsibility of the coach, or someone appointed by them, to return all equipment on or by the dates provided.
  3. At the time the sweaters are returned, we ask that they be on hangers and in numerical order so that they can easily be verified. Due to the volume of sweaters, they can only be accepted if these conditions are adhered to.
  4. If attempts by the coach to retrieve all sweaters fails, the name, address and phone number of each player whose sweater is missing must be provided to one of the equipment managers at the time the remainder of the equipment is returned. A charge of $40.00 per sweater will be levied on any missing sweaters.

We appreciate your co-operation and wish everyone a great season.
